About Wings Housing & Workforce Initiative

Through our transitional housing and workforce development programs, we provide more than shelter — we offer hope, stability, and a pathway to independence. Participants receive access to job training, education, counseling, and essential life skills that prepare them for long-term success.

In addition, our reentry services support individuals returning from incarceration as they rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. We provide guidance, resources, and connections to housing, employment opportunities, mentorship, and community support—helping participants successfully transition back into society and reduce barriers to a fresh start.

Our goal is to break the cycle of homelessness and recidivism by addressing both immediate needs and future opportunities. At Wings, we lift people up—giving them the tools and support to rebuild their confidence, successfully reintegrate into society, find meaningful work, and achieve self-sufficiency.
